Tool Design
Our Engineering Team works closely with customers and designers to analyse designs for manufacturability, ensuring the best possible production of high-quality, reliable, and long-lasting parts. Tool designs can be created both in-house at Talbot and in collaboration with the Skellerup Group Product Development Centre.
Injection Moulding Tool
We offer a variety of tool fabrication options through our tooling partners, working with customers to develop the optimal tool supply chain for each project.
Tool Room
Our in-house toolroom ensures a smooth transition of new tooling projects into production and provides timely servicing for existing tools, as well as quick turnarounds for tool modifications during design and development phases. With high-speed CNC and spark erosion capabilities available on-site, we support production with the necessary tooling resources.
Jigs and Fixtures
To support integrated assembly both within the mould cycle and post-moulding, our team designs and fabricates custom jigs and fixtures, including assembly aids and measurement gauges to ensure quality standards are met.
